Is this a group challenge?
We will be doing a soft run of this program as a community starting on November 4, 2024. But you can join in anytime. This will be an amazing blueprint for you to follow to navigate the holidays in a healthy way. However, Massy will not be coaching this round, but we will be focusing more on community engagement. The official group challenge for this program will begin at the start of the New Year.
Do I need a gym membership?
No, you do not need a gym membership. These workouts utilize mostly your bodyweight, as well as loops bands and free weights.
Is a meal plan included?
Absolutely! If purchasing before January, you will receive access to one of our TRU Training meal plans until our brand-new meal plan drops in the New Year. Once the new meal plan is released, you will receive immediate access!
