Sculpt is an 8-week comprehensive, expert-designed workout program that comes with a nutrition plan built on the structure that has brought results for thousands of women, with fresh, new recipes! Workout Videos – 5 follow-along style workouts each week including 3 resistance training workouts & 2 unique yoga flows. We will train lower body twice a week and upper body once a week. Every two weeks, the workouts change slightly to help you advance, but this program is built on continuity to help you get very skilled at key movements and practice progressive overload!
Nutrition Guide – Anti-inflammatory meal plan with delicious and nutritious recipes. Through this process, you will be building the habits needed to sustain your results even after the program is complete. Learn what food choices are best to keep you satiated while supporting your fat loss and muscle building goals.
